Mission

In particular, CEIA’s objectives are:

• definition and management of development projects, restructuring, strategic repositioning and revitalizing of companies also through acquisition of shares and direct management of those companies, either in the form of contract management or through the designation of representatives in their managerial, administrative and supervisory bodies
• acquisition of participations in other companies for the development of projects
• technical and financial coordination in companies or entities involved in carrying out activities such as restructuring, development and financing
• the provision of consulting services and strategic, tactical and managerial advice to companies and public and private entities, with particular reference to manufacturing, sales, organizational, administrative, financial and logistic departments also utilizing third parties and other professionals
